How long does it take you to deliver my Cloud Server?

Your resource pool will be available immediately on acceptance by our onboarding team. You can create your first cloud server normally within 60 seconds!

What technology is your public cloud built on?

Our enterprise level cloud is built on OnApp cloud orchestration technology. We utilise Xen at the virtualisation layer.

There is no single point of failure in any part of our platform and we utilise leading hardware from Dell, SuperMicro, Dell EqualLogic and Juniper.

Do you price match your public cloud?

The short answer is no due to the vast differences in offerings between providers. We constantly watch the market place and believe that our cloud offers excellent all-round value.

Do you offer a trial service?

Unfortunately due to abuse we no longer off a trial service of any of our services. We are confident you will be happy with your purchase but should you find it’s not right for your needs you can cancel within 30 days.

Where are you located?

Our servers are located in a leading facility in Slough, UK. Our team is 100% UK based and is available 24/7 x 365.

Can I upgrade my cloud resource later?

Absolutely! The cloud is designed to be agile and scale easily. You can easily scale up your resources with a few clicks via our cutting edge control panel.

Can I install my own Operating System in the cloud?

Due to the specialised nature of our environment you cannot install your own operating system on our cloud servers. We offer a wide range of Linux and Windows distributions. If you have specialist needs then you may consider using one of our dedicated servers.

Can I purchase additional IP addresses?

You can add up to 5 IP addresses to your server order. Larger requests can be accommodated subject to approval and in line with RIPE usage guidelines.
